Assistant Director of Rooms (Tokyo Hotel) 部屋部門副部長(東京・ホテル)

Our client are a luxury hotel in Tokyo, recruiting an Assistant Director of Rooms.

This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership role at a major, large property in central Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the Rooms Division.
  • Manage the Front Office and Guest Relations teams.
  • Manage staff performance, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel standards, service protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain safety and security measures.
  • Coordinate effectively in emergency situations, maintaining communication with local emergency services and ensuring guest and staff safety.


Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in front office or guest service roles/
  • Experience in a managerial role.
  • Experience in a global environment (preferred).
  • English communication ability (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent).
  • Japanese communication ability (N3+, Fluent preferred).
