• Oversee daily F&B operations.
• Manage, supervise, mentor F&B staff.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Maintain food quality and presentation.
• Manage inventory and cost control.
• Ensure health and hygiene standards.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in F&B role.
• Management experience.
• Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining.
• Experience in social media for brand awareness.
• Business-level English ability.
• Japanese communication ability.
