- - 経費管理と予算目標のサポート
- - フード＆ビバレッジスタッフの目標設定と指導
- - 衛生と安全基準への準拠を確保
- - ゲストとの交流を通じたサービス品質の向上
- - シェフチームとの連携によるメニューの一貫性の確保
- - ゲストの懸念事項へのプロフェッショナルな対応
- - フード＆ビバレッジチームメンバーの採用、研修、評価
応募資格：
- - フード＆ビバレッジまたは関連分野での6年以上の経験
- - 財務管理のスキル（損益計算書、予算管理、予測）
- - 食品生産、安全、衛生に関する知識
- - チームリーダーシップとサービス業務の経験
- - ラグジュアリーホテルでのフード＆ビバレッジ業務経験があれば尚可
- - イベント管理ソフトウェアの経験があれば尚可
- - 在庫管理システムに精通していれば尚可
