Assistant Director - Food and Beverage

A leading hospitality company is seeking an experienced Assistant Director for its Food and Beverage division. This key role focuses on enhancing guest dining experiences and leading a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities | 主な業務内容

  • Manage daily operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.フード&ビバレッジ部門の日々の運営を管理し、優れたサービスと顧客満足を確保する。
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and improve efficiency.ゲスト体験を向上させ、効率を改善するための戦略を立案し実行する。
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.健康、安全、規制基準への遵守を確保する。
  • Oversee budgets and financial performance, finding ways to save costs and increase revenue.予算や財務実績を管理し、コスト削減と収益増加の方法を模索する。



Qualifications | 応募資格

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on food and beverage.ホスピタリティ業界での5年以上のリーダーシップ経験(特にフード&ビバレッジ分野)。
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.顧客満足度と運営効率を向上させた実績があること。
