We're looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to support financial sector clients in maximizing their data capabilities. This role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with engineers to integrate advanced technologies like Generative AI into data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for financial clients using data warehouse services.
• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Identify client goals and challenges to improve service adoption.
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance data efficiency and implement new solutions.
• Provide insights on AI-powered analytics and digital transformation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in IT, FinTech, or data warehousing.
• Strong customer engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud platforms, or enterprise solutions.
• Ability to work closely with engineers to develop client-focused solutions.
• Proactive mindset, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.
• Native-level Japanese, with conversational English
