This is a position responsible for supporting the production environment for Operations Technology in Japan at a top tier investment company. 

Your Responsibilities          

• Production Support and Technical implementation functions for Japan
• Strong communication and partnership with the key business stakeholders in managing day-to-day production support and projects
• Manage critical production incidents and escalation 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

• At least 5 years of experience in production services team 
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
• Familiarity with working in a global environment/culture
• Bilingual English/Japanese (Business level japanese)
• Unix/Window, database and scripting 
• Strong coordination skills with multiple teams in a distributed environment
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under extreme pressure and stress
• Positive Attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Ability to absorb & present complex ideas quickly & accurately
• Good prioritization and time management
