Our client are a global leader in financial services, recruiting a Senior Production Support Specialist. You'll provide support for Order Management Systems (OMS) and Execution Management Systems (EMS).

The suitable candidate will have proficiency in Unix/Linux environments, and be able to communicate in both Japanese & English. Our client offers market-leading salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for OMS and EMS; ensure system functionality and efficiency.
• Perform system upgrades and optimizations.
• Resolve technical issues through collaboration with development, operations, and trading teams.
• Manage incident response; minimize downtime and prevent future issues.
• Offer technical advice and support to team members and stakeholders regarding system functionalities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in similar roles, in FinTech, securities, or financial services.
• Experience with OMS/EMS.
• Strong expertise in Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Japanese fluency is mandatory.
