Your Responsibilities

• Payroll preparation and review payroll result - Salary, Bonus and Retirement Allowance, Income Tax and Resident Tax payment process.
• Review Finance Reports  
• Time and Attendance Review
• Social insurance payment
• Answering inquiry from employees
• Participate to payroll projects

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 3 years + in Payroll/HR Operations, preferably in an IT or Tech Firm. 
• Fluent Japanese & English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
