【職務内容】

• 人事チームと従業員との間での連携役を務める。
• プロセスの改善点を特定し、実施する。
• プロセスの文書化が正確でコンプライアンスを満たしていることを保証する。
• 若手チームメンバーに指導し、情報を提供する。
• 担当するサービスのタスクを完了し、サービスレベル契約を遵守する。
• 確立されたプロセス、法的要件、および会社の方針を守り、従う。
• プロセスのリスクと更新情報を迅速にチームリーダーに通知する。

【応募資格】

• 給与計算またはC&Bに関連する分野での4年以上の実務経験。
• SAP-HRおよびチケットシステムの使用経験があれば尚可。
• 多国籍企業での勤務経験。
