Your Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Management Initiatives and nuture internal staff.
- Provide Strategic insight to managers and support business planning.
- Manage employees labor affairs and create a productive work environment
- Work on staff engagement initiatives and pinpoint training needs
- Mentor staff and provide them with advancement opportunities and Ad Hoc support.
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- Native or near native Japanese
- 3 years + of Talent Management or HRBP related experience
- An interest in cutting edge technology
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
