Our client are an industry-leader in FMCG, recruiting a HRBP Associate Director for a respected client in the FMCG sector.

This is an opportunity to gain experience in setting HR strategy & leading change management projects to implement new policies.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership over People & Culture policy.
• Develop & implement talent development programs.
• Lead change management projects to implement new policies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team.
• Manage performance assessments / recognition programs.
• Oversee international mobility programs.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Human Resources functions.
• Experience in FMCG / consumer goods (preferred).
• Experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Project management skill, ability to lead change initiatives.
• Fluent in Japanese.
