Your Responsibilities

This position is expected to lead the FP&A team under the instruction of Finance & Operations Vice President and to manage the budgeting and forecasting issues of all organizations within the company.

• Budget formulation and management
• Forecast (QFF)
• Analysis of variance
• Improve cost and operation
• Process Improvement
• Reporting
• Directly supervise the day-to-day routine tasks within the team.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 7 years' experience in FP&A or a related field is required.
• Experience in related industries in healthcare, consumer and pharmaceutical industry is positive.
• A university degree.
• Business-level English.
