Our client, a prominent company in the retail industry, is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their finance division. This role offers the opportunity to support senior management in decision-making and enhance financial visibility and predictability for the business. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver monthly financial reports for management decision-making

- Collaborate on monthly financial forecasting and annual planning

- Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis

- Manage and train team members in financial processes

- Guide reporting hub in India for system integrity

- Assist in Capex management and forecasting for business segments

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in financial/business analysis

- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese

- Experience in retail industry is preferred but not mandatory

- Basic accounting knowledge J-GAAP/US GAAP is preferred but not mandatory

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling

- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes

- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis

- Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred but not mandatory
