Our client, a company in the FMCG industry focusing on the Japan market, is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with both local and European teams, providing a broad perspective on business operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • - Perform financial analysis for retail and sales channels
  • - Support creation of Long Range Plan and Annual Budget
  • - Provide variance analysis of sales, Opex, CAPEX, margins
  • - Improve internal controls and business integrity
  • - Collaborate with HQ for strategic insights and narratives
  • - Manage financial reporting using Power BI and SAP
  • - Lead digitalization and automation initiatives



Qualifications:

  • - Experience in Controlling/FP&A role
  • - Experience in global retail or FMCG companies
  • - High Business English and Japanese proficiency
  • - Experience working in an international environment
  • - Experience with Power BI, SAP, or similar tools
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
