Our client, a prominent company in the retail industry, is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their finance division. This role offers the opportunity to support senior management in decision-making and enhance financial visibility and predictability for the business. Key Responsibilities:
- - Deliver monthly financial reports for management decision-making
- - Collaborate on monthly financial forecasting and annual planning
- - Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis
- - Manage and train team members in financial processes
- - Guide reporting hub in India for system integrity
- - Assist in Capex management and forecasting for business segments
Qualifications:
- - 5-7 years of experience in financial/business analysis
- - Ability to communicate in English and Japanese
- - Experience in retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
- - Basic accounting knowledge J-GAAP/US GAAP is preferred but not mandatory
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
- - Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- - Strong analytical skills for variance analysis
- - Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred but not mandatory
