Your Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements. 
• Providing guidance, training and coaching of audit team. 
• Monitor the progress of the audit plan. 
• Provide detailed and value-added audit reports for key stakeholders and audit committee. 
• Liaise with regional audit group as a Japan representative (in English). 
• Contribute to audit related projects and improvements.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 5 or more years’ experience in a related role. 
• Work experience in financial institutions (insurance, asset management or wealth management industries a plus) or audit consulting of financial institutions. 
• Good knowledge of audit methodologies, internal control and risk process. 
• Business level English and Japanese language skills.
