Following a great financial year they are looking for an experienced sales person to join their team and participate in their growth, on-going projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create awareness and demand for products and services
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and working with lead generation team
  • understand potential clients unique goals, problems, and needs
  • Provide and guide prospects strategic vision to drive them toward the company solution
  • Create compelling sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral for a specific sales opportunity
  • Drive the sales process working collaboratively with functional peers
  • Negotiate complex contracts and successfully navigate complex internal approval processes
  • Ensure a smooth transition from prospect status to client status
  • Update and track all activities in Salesforce CRM automation tool

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

  • 5+ years of overall sales experience
  • Proven success in fast-paced companies
  • Record of sustained and significant quota achievement
  • Strong command of Japanese and English
