Purpose of the job:

Provide support to managers in the area of responsibility to achive development, performance management,and employee engagement objectively by suppporting the definition & implementations of the necessary people actions and interventions.

Roles:

Support the global HRBP in ensuring best in class processes are applied in the business as workforce planning, recruitment, staffing review,learning and development,career and talent management, performance management,enployee engagement,compensation and benefits,organizational development, change management.

Support the global HRBP with the deployment of new global policies by engaging stakeholders, communicating and executing implementation actions within the area of responsibility.
