WMS Technical Consultant - Japanese Speaking WMSテクニカルコンサルタント - 日本語対応



Our client, a reputable global solutions company in the IT industry, is seeking a WMS Technical Consultant - Japanese Speaking. This role offers the opportunity to engage with global customers, resolve complex issues, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • - Resolve global customer issues within defined SLAs
  • - Document solutions and create knowledge articles
  • - Replicate and maintain customer environments
  • - Act as technical POC for customer cases
  • - Coordinate with teams for case resolution
  • - Conduct webinars on WMS solutions for customers



Qualifications:

  • - Fluent in Japanese (mandatory)
  • - Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • - Experience with Oracle RDBMS and SQL
  • - Experience in Technical Support for enterprise applications
  • - Business level English is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Experience with UNIX (Solaris, HP, AIX)
  • - Knowledge of WMS functionalities: Inbound/Outbound, Picking, etc.
