Transaction Advisory Senior Manager

Pretigious consulting firm is looking for manager and senior manager for their Transaction Advisory division. They provide tax advisory services related to M&A organizational restructuring, inbound and outbound investment, lease transaction, ect.

Requirements:

• Taxation work experience (International tax. corporate tax experience preferred. Individual tax and transfer pricing is ok as well)
• Native English, no Japanese is required. Bilingual preferred.
