You'll manage a team, give strategic advice, and build long-term client relationships to help grow the business. You'll work with high-profile clients, including government entities and large corporations.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead & manage a team.
• - Analyze Microsoft 365 usage to create strategies that enhance client productivity.
• - Assess business needs to propose and implement tailored solutions.
• - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• - Lead client meetings.

Requirements:

• - Proven experience in pre-sales and / or project delivery related to Microsoft 365 or similar SaaS solutions.
• - Team leadership ability.
• - Data analysis / interpretation skills.
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
• - Experience in strategic thinking & process improvement projects.
