Senior Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant for a well-known real estate company.

This role involves managing financial tasks for a major commercial trust in Asia. You should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of IFRS and JGAAP standards. This position provides a great chance to grow your career in a fast-paced real estate environment. You will work with different departments, build your professional network, and gain insights into top-level financial strategies.

主な業務内容：

- IFRSおよびJGAAPに基づき、総勘定元帳の取引を管理し、資金を正確に締める。
- 月次SAP決算時に差異分析を行い、レポートを作成。
- 監査スケジュール、CAPEX、エイジングレポート、銀行調整表を含む月次・四半期財務書類のレビューと作成。
- ローリング予測や予算計画などの財務計画業務を担当。
- 流動性を確保するためのキャッシュフロー予測。
- 貸し手に必要な書類の作成と提出。
- 本社からの財務関連の問い合わせ対応。
- 年次外部監査の監督および配当金支払いの管理。

応募資格：

- 会計または財務分野での4〜7年の経験。
- JGAAPおよびIFRS基準に関する知識。
- 特にExcelにおける高度なMS OfficeスキルとSAPの経験。
- 英語のビジネススキル（読み書き・会話）。
- 独立して業務を遂行し、複数のタスクを管理できる能力。
- 内外の関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションを取るための優れた対人スキル。
