業務内容:

- 月次決算をUS GAAPに基づいて実施
- 日本基準（Japan GAAP）に基づく財務諸表と税務申告書の作成
- 損益計算書および貸借対照表の変動分析
- 関連資料を用いた社内取引の確認
- 貸借対照表勘定の調整およびレビュー
- グローバルな会計チームとの連携
- ステークホルダーへの会計・税務アドバイスの提供

- Perform monthly accounting close under US GAAP
- Prepare Japan GAAP financial statements and tax returns
- Analyze fluctuations in P&L and balance sheet accounts
- Verify intercompany charges with supporting documentation
- Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations
- Collaborate with global accounting teams
- Provide accounting and tax advice to stakeholders

応募資格:

- US GAAPおよび日本基準（Japan GAAP）の知識
- 会計または財務分野での3年以上の経験
- 月次・年次決算、財務報告、税務申告の実務経験
- 会計、財務、または関連分野の大学学位
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 800点以上が望ましい）
- SAPの使用経験があれば尚可
- Excelの高度なスキル（ピボットテーブル、VLOOKUP）

- Knowledge of US GAAP and Japan GAAP
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Experience with monthly and yearly closing, financial reporting, and tax filings
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Business-level English
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
