ESG/Sustainability Sales Specialist (Financial Services)

Our client are a global financial services group, searching for an ESG/Sustainability Sales Specialist. This is a newly-created role in support of continued growth. You'll be responsible for promotion & sale and of a range of ESG solutions, with an emphasis on analytics, benchmarking services, and innovative platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer-focused value propositions for a range of sustainability solutions.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance revenue.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (domestic and global).
- Develop strategic account plans tailored to client needs.
- Lead complex sales projects, collaborating with teams across the organization to deliver bespoke client solutions.
- Staying informed on industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing strategies and organize client events.
Qualifications:
- Japanese fluency is mandatory.
- Experience in sustainability or SaaS enterprise sales.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory landscape.
- A proven track record in solution selling and managing large transactions.
- Experience in a global matrix organisation (preferred)
- Ability to interpret customer needs into product and service enhancements.
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
