A major client in the pharmaceutical industry is hiring a C&B Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of new operational methods within the People Services teams.
• Participate in both global & regional projects.
• Assist in addressing internal audit findings and adhere to external audit standards.
• Collect and prepare employee benefits data.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to third-party entities and internal departments.
• Stay informed about local legislative changes and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to maintain our client's strategies.
• Ensure compliance with People Services Global Core models and processes in Japan.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR and payroll management.
• Deep understanding of employee benefits, and a capacity for process improvement and automation.
• Fluent Japanese ability
• Business-level English ability
