Our client are a global fashion maker & retail company, recruiting a Senior IT Business Analyst to handle Japan operations. You'll create & integrate IT advanced solutions to improve operational efficiency.

主な業務内容：

• 操作効率向上を目的としたITプロジェクトの主導。
• ビジネスプロセスの現状分析、要件定義、技術的改善の実施。
• SAP CAR、POS、CRM、在庫管理システム等のリテールシステムの統合及び機能管理。
• グローバルITチームと連携し、日本における戦略を策定。
• 技術文書及びユーザーマニュアルの作成、テストフェーズの監督、ユーザー受け入れテスト（UAT）のサポート。

応募資格：

• IT分野での実務経験5年以上。
• リテール業界での経験者優遇。
• ERPシステム（特にSAP S4 Hana）に精通していること。
• プロジェクト管理の実績があること。
• PMP資格保持者優遇。
