Our client are a global technology / software company, recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner Manager.

This role is about making sure the company's objectives align with its employees and management.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead & manage a team.
• - Turn long-term visions into strategic HR initiatives.
• - Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term HR strategy.
• - Strategic advice on broad range of HR functions (workforce planning, organization design, change management, and culture).

Qualifications:

• - Broad range of HR experience.
• - Experience in providing coaching to senior staff
• - Experience building / developing teams.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
