Senior HRBP into HR Director

Specialized Group is working with a leading Semi-Conductor firm to hire a Senior HRBP.

This position will focus on coaching key managers and local & global stakeholders, mentoring Middle Managers, developing the performance review & appraisal system, HR Policies, Organizational Development, Talent Management and overall Change Management.

This Senior HRBP will replace the current HR Director in the next few years, and the firm has been overachieved over the last few years with an average sales performance of 200%

Compensation:

Up to 22M in total compensation, negotiable.

• Mentoring and support of Management team and local Stakeholders
• Organizational Development and Diagnosis
• Succession planning
• Training and development
• Talent management / performance management
• HR Planning and review of current HR policies
• Engagement of both staff and management

Requirements:

• Business level English and Strong fluent Japanese
• 15+ years HR experience, including HR BP experience
• Extensive experience with stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible and strong EQ
