Our client, a Fortune 150 technology company, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for their expanding operations in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives and participating in cross-functional projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • - Advise leaders on organizational design and workforce planning
  • - Lead HR projects across countries and functions
  • - Manage annual performance review cycles
  • - Implement talent management and succession planning
  • - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
  • - Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices



Qualifications:

  • - 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • - Native-level Japanese proficiency
  • - Business-level English proficiency required
  • - Experience in talent management and performance cycles
  • - Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
  • - Experience with HR software like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Experience in a startup environment is preferred but not mandatory
