You'll take a senior role in risk management programs & regulatory compliance, and you'll have the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• - Develop and maintain risk management policies (focus on liquidity, interest rate, investment risks, and capital adequacy).
• - Work with senior regulators on asset-liability management.
• - Collaborate with regional and global risk teams; standardize controls and improve risk assessments.
• - Build relationships with regulatory bodies, internal audit teams, and external auditors.
• - Lead global risk projects to enhance risk assessment processes across different regions.
• - Participate in senior governance forums and contribute to new product approvals

Qualifications:

• - Over 10 years of experience in risk management, treasury, or related functions, with expertise in balance sheet management and financial products.
• - Proficiency in SQL.
• - Familiarity with Basel regulations and local regulatory requirements is preferred.
• - Able to work in multi-cultural environment
• - Strong project management / team management skills.
• - Certifications / qualifications in quantitative or financial disciplines are a plus.
