• 月次および年次財務諸表の作成をリード
• 外部および内部監査、税務調査への対応
• 月末および年末の決算プロセスの管理
• 財務取引および報告の品質管理を確保
• 内部統制のための業務プロセスの開発と文書化
• 地域および全国の税務申告のコンプライアンス管理
• - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL
• - Coordinate and review regulatory reporting preparation
• - Lead monthly and annual financial statement preparation
• - Respond to external and internal audits and tax inspections
• - Manage month-end and year-end close process
• - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• - Develop and document business processes for internal controls
• - Manage compliance with local and national tax filings

• 銀行または資本市場での10年以上の会計/財務経験
• 公認会計士または同等の資格
• 証券業、銀行業、税務規制に関する深い理解
• 会計または財務の学士号または修士号
• 日本語と英語の流暢な能力
• IFRSおよびUS GAAPの経験
• 金融機関における金融リスク管理の経験
• - 10+ years of Accounting/Finance experience in banking or capital markets
• - Qualified Accountant or equivalent
• - In-depth understanding of broker dealer, banking, and tax regulations
• - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• - Fluency in Japanese and English
• - Experience with IFRS and US GAAP
• - Experience with financial risk management in financial institutions
