We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join a finance team in Tokyo. This key role involves managing financial controls and leading a large team to ensure compliance with USGAAP and JGAAP standards. 主な業務内容:

- 10名以上の財務・会計チームを指導し、協力的で高いパフォーマンス文化を促進

- USGAAPおよびJGAAP基準の遵守を確保し、一般会計、リベート会計、税務を担当

- 財務報告書および税務申告書の作成とレビューを監督

- 内部統制の改善と監視を行い、SOX遵守を確保し、潜在的な問題を特定

- M&A統合を含む財務プロジェクトを管理し、地域チームと連携

応募資格:

- 財務および会計分野で15年以上の経験、うち5年以上はリーダーシップ経験

- USGAAPおよびJGAAP基準に関する強力な知識。USCPAまたはJCPA資格が望ましい

- ERPシステムの経験と高度なExcelスキル

- 監査の指導とコンプライアンス管理経験

- ビジネス英語に堪能なネイティブレベルの日本語話者
