• - Manage and arrange payments for operations
• - Oversee preparation and posting of journal entries
• - Support tax filings and coordinate with tax advisors
• - Monitor accounts payable for timely processing
• - Provide financial data analysis for business decisions
• - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• - Support audits and ensure compliance with regulations
• - Supervise and guide team members

• - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• - CPA or USCPA holder
• - 5+ years of accounting experience in multinational environment
• - Solid understanding of Japanese GAAP and tax regulations
• - Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
• - Experience with accounting/ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• - Experience in financial data analysis and reporting
