Security Settlements Officer - AVP 証券決済担当者 - AVP | Financial Services 金融サービス (Base up to 14M)

Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a Security Settlements Officer - AVP to join their expanding team in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced systems like Global 1 and I-STAR, and engage with key partners such as Citibank. The position offers a competitive base salary of up to 14M.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve settlement exceptions and mismatches using Citibank and Broadridge systems

- Communicate with Citibank, internal teams, and client back office

- Support Japan Equities settlement processes using I-STAR system

Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience in Japan Equities settlement

- Fluent Japanese and business-level English

- Experience with Citibank system (CDS) and Broadridge system (Gloss)

- Ability to resolve exceptions in a time-critical environment

- Experience with I-STAR back office system

- Experience in both Japan domestic and offshore settlements is preferred but not mandatory
