We are looking for an experienced Scheduling and Planning Manager to manage project timelines for data center projects. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time. This is a great opportunity if you have a solid background in project scheduling and want to play a key role in developing large data centers. 主な職務内容:

• - プロジェクトの各フェーズにわたる詳細なスケジュールを作成
• - 購買、設計、エンジニアリング、建設チームと連携し、プロジェクトの円滑な進行を管理
• - 部門間の計画のためのキーマイルストーンを設定し、調整されたスケジュールを作成
• - 契約者が提供するプロジェクトスケジュールの品質確認
• - 契約者とプロジェクトマネジメントコンサルタントがクライアントのスケジュール方針に従うことを確保
• - プロジェクトの進行状況を監視・管理し、進捗、リスク、および対策を追跡
• - 主要な遅延とその影響を建設チームと利害関係者に報告
• - 必要に応じて、プロジェクトをスケジュールに戻すための計画を策定・実施
• - 定期的にプロジェクトの進捗報告書を作成し、提示
• - Oracle Primavera CloudおよびMicrosoft Projectでスケジュールを最新化

応募資格:

• - 土木工学、建設管理、または関連分野の学士号
• - プロジェクト計画とスケジューリングの5-8年の経験と管理職経験
• - データセンタープロジェクト経験者は尚可
• - Primavera P6、Oracle Primavera Cloud、Microsoft Project操作に熟練
• - 建設業界の標準および慣行に関する十分な理解
