Sales Engineer (Motion Control Equipment) セールス エンジニア

Location: Kanagawa 神奈川県

Our client are an industrial motion control leader, searching for a Sales Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and managing sales accounts to achieve targets.

Our client offers some opportunities for remote work. You will also have opportunities for international travel. The suitable candidate will have ambition to take a team management role in future.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Develop sales strategies for maximizing opportunities.
• Manage over 50 sales accounts, using sales pipelines for target achievement.
• Utilize CRM for customer data and activity management.
• Collaborate on customer solutions.
• Reactivate dormant customers.
• Perform sales tasks professionally.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Sales Engineer or Application Engineer.
• Experience in solution sales favourable.
• International work experience favourable.
• CRM system proficiency.
• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Industrial Automation, Test & Simulation, or Electric Power Generation (preferred).
