Our client are a high-end global fashion brand with a major office in central Tokyo, searching for a retail training manager.

You will report to the Retail Director and will focus on enhancing store team performance and customer satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to take a strategic role, leading & designing training in Japan independently.

職務内容:

• 売上とサービス向上のための研修プランの設計・実施。
• APACチームと協力して、グローバルガイドラインを地域市場に適用。
• 日本での研修戦略を自ら主導する能力

必要条件:

• ファッションアパレル業界での5年以上の経験。
• 独立したマネジメント経験。
• ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語。
• 大手企業での研修プログラム運営経験。
