- Ensure exceptional guest service and brand experience
- Optimize inventory management and product replenishment

- Propose creative strategies to increase revenue per capita
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of retail management experience (mandatory)
- Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Experience with KPI management and customer satisfaction improvement
- Strong team leadership and staff development skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience in theme park or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred but not mandatory
