Our client, a growing fashion brand in the scale-up phase, is seeking a Retail Manager to lead their retail operations. This role offers the opportunity to own retail P&L and drive business growth while working with an international team of creative global talent.

職務内容:

- リテール部門の損益を管理し、収益目標を達成する
- 年間のリテール販売計画を策定・実行する
- 店舗運営基準を確立し、徹底する
- ストアマネージャーやリージョナルマネージャーを指導・育成する
- マーチャンダイジングチームと連携し、在庫の回転率向上に努める
- 店舗運営プロセスを最適化し、生産性を向上させる
- 顧客の声を収集し、具体的な店舗改善策に反映する
- 新店舗の開店や既存店舗の閉店に関する意思決定をサポートする

応募資格:

- ストアビジネスマネジメントの経験が7年以上
- ファッション小売業界での経験が5年以上
- 英語および日本語のビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーション能力
- リテール部門の損益管理の経験
- 在庫管理システムの知識
- CRMおよび顧客体験戦略に関する知識
- 店舗拡大やネットワーク最適化の経験
