Responsibilities:

• Advise on regulatory obligations, including changes, reporting requirements, and new business ventures.
• Review regulatory requirements for transaction and position reporting to ensure full compliance.
• Participate in or lead strategic projects, collaborating with operations and compliance teams to deliver results and implement plans.

Qualifications:

• Experience in compliance, risk management, or similar regulatory roles.
• Finance industry experience.
• Advisory compliance experience (preferred).
• High analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and within a team to solve complex problems.
• Fluent in Japanese language.
