Regional Talent & Learning Partner (Global FMCG)

Our client are a global FMCG company, recruiting a Talent & Learning Partner to take responsibility for multiple countries in Asia.

You'll design & implement talent management and capability-building programs across the region.

This is a chance for an experienced HR to step into a strategic role with regional responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage talent & learning strategy for multiple countries in the APAC region.
• Partner with the global learning team.
• Collaborate with local HR directors / teams.
• Ensure that best-practice performance management is utilized across the region.
• Lead processes for talent identification and development.
• Coach managers and employees on talent assessment, calibration, and development plans.
• Facilitate talent management workshops.
• Understand the aspirations and development needs of staff.
• Design and develop learning materials for various format (eg. face-to-face courses and online programs).

Requirements:

• Relevant HR experience.
• Experience in both talent management and capability building.
• Experience as HRBP (preferred).
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to communicate across both regions and cultures.
• Experience in instructional design and facilitation (preferred).
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
