Key Responsibilities:

  • - Lead recruitment for software developers, product managers, and data scientists
  • - Define hiring requirements with hiring managers and tech leaders
  • - Design sourcing strategies for tech roles
  • - Build regional talent pipelines for high-quality candidate experience
  • - Address HR-related issues as primary contact for tech staff
  • - Support organizational problem-solving and productivity with leaders

Qualifications:

  • - Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
  • - Experience in talent acquisition for tech roles in APAC

  • - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
