Working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers, you’ll play a key role in defining how quality is built, measured, and scaled across the entire product lifecycle as the company continues its rapid growth.What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Define and execute a quality assurance strategy and framework across products
- Lead test planning, design, execution, and results analysis
- Drive and manage test automation and related tooling
- Standardize QA processes and implement continuous improvement
- Prevent defects through strong collaboration with development and business teams
- Extensive QA experience in web and app domains
- Practical experience with automation testing tools and frameworks
- Proven QA leadership or lead role experience
- Experience designing and improving quality processes
- Business-level Japanese for day-to-day communication
- Highly competitive compensation (up to ¥10M)
- Work in a global, international team with diverse backgrounds
