We’re looking for a QA Manager to help build and lead the QA function for one of Japan’s most recognizable B2C products.
This is a product you’ve almost certainly seen advertised on trains and stations, used daily by a large and growing user base, and regarded as one of the top products in its domain.
Working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers, you’ll play a key role in defining how quality is built, measured, and scaled across the entire product lifecycle as the company continues its rapid growth.What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Define and execute a quality assurance strategy and framework across products
  • Lead test planning, design, execution, and results analysis
  • Drive and manage test automation and related tooling
  • Standardize QA processes and implement continuous improvement
  • Prevent defects through strong collaboration with development and business teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Extensive QA experience in web and app domains
  • Practical experience with automation testing tools and frameworks
  • Proven QA leadership or lead role experience
  • Experience designing and improving quality processes
  • Business-level Japanese for day-to-day communication
