We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery for a B2B AI-powered data processing product company that is leading the market in a highly specialized niche.
The company develops advanced data processing platforms powered by AI, designed for enterprise use cases where security, accuracy, and reliability are critical. This role sits at the center of AI, data, and real-world business impact, working closely with both internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.What You’ll Do
  • Lead DX and AI-driven projects from planning through delivery
  • Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
  • Drive requirement definition, scope control, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure projects meet high technical and industry quality standards
  • Balance speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations in complex projects
What You Bring
  • Experience leading small to mid-sized projects end-to-end
  • Strong ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Confidence working in environments with high security and quality requirements
  • Business-level Japanese for client-facing communication
  • Interest in AI, data processing, or highly technical B2B products
