A leading travel and hospitality company in Hakuba, Japan, looking for a dedicated Property Manager. You will manage hotels, chalets, and villas, ensuring they are well-kept and meet high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Serve as the main contact for property owners, addressing their concerns.
- - Handle reports and documents to track property performance and owner interactions.
- - Work with teams to ensure compliance with local laws and maintain operations.
- - Oversee property upkeep and improvements to maintain quality.
- - Build and maintain strong, clear relationships with property owners.
- - Assist with guest services and property operations as required.
- - Fluent in English; knowing Japanese is a plus.
- - Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
