Our client are a major Financial Services group seeking a Tokyo-based Project Manager to take responsibility for the North Asia regional cluster. You will play a key role in the APAC Commercial Strategy and Business Operations team.

職務内容：

• APACリーダーと協力し、日本と韓国での戦略的機会を特定し、評価する。
• 戦略的プロジェクトの開発と実施を監督し、リソースの配分と進捗を管理する。
• 企業の広範囲な目標の文脈内で特定のニーズに対処するためのビジネス分析を実施する。
• 高レベルの会議やエンゲージメントのためのコンテンツを準備しながら、地域戦略およびイニシアティブの運営を管理する。
• 重要な内外のステークホルダーとの関係を築き、維持し、戦略的目標を推進する。
• イニシアティブの財務面を管理し、予算の監視と財務チームとの連携を行う。

応募資格：

• 学士号必須；MBAまたは修士号があれば尚可。
• 金融サービス業界でのプロジェクトマネジメントまたはプログラムマネジメントの経験、5-10年以上。
• チームダイナミクスと商業環境に関する強い理解
