About the Company A leading B2B AI product company building enterprise AI products used by professionals at scale.
Based in Shibuya with a modern, well-designed office, the team works in an English-first environment with flexible working (office about once a week, otherwise remote).
Compensation is well above most Japan tech companies (Up to JPY 15M+).

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain backend services for enterprise AI products
  • Design APIs, data models, and core backend architecture
  • Improve reliability, performance, and developer productivity
  • Work closely with product and AI teams in an English-speaking environment
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of backend development experience
  • Experience with backend languages (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of web services, databases, and cloud systems
  • Japanese proficiency around JLPT N2 or above
  • Comfortable working in an English-first engineering team
