We are looking for a Program Manager who is fluent in Japanese and English to join a leading company in the cloud technology field. This role is important for ensuring compliance and successful audits in their data centers, which is vital for the company's global operations. Key Responsibilities:
- - Work with data center teams to meet audit and compliance standards.
- - Lead on-site audits with both internal and external groups.
- - Develop compliance programs that meet both company and regulatory standards.
- - Improve processes to support compliance and audit goals.
- - Create and update program documents and training materials.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or similar experience.
- - At least 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
- - Experience in compliance or audit services.
- - Fluent in Japanese and English.
- - Knowledge of Japanese data center regulations and cybersecurity, including FISC and ISMAP guidelines.
- - Experience with international ISO certifications like 27001 and 22301.
- - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- - Ability to work independently and manage time well in a fast-paced environment.
- - Willingness to travel within Japan and internationally up to 30%.
