Product Manager

A Tokyo-based venture studio is a subsidiary of a prominent global technology firm. As a corporate venture studio, we act as an institutional cofounder by proactively investing in and building ventures from the initial idea stage. We create new ventures from scratch with the goals of achieving product-market fit, growing profitable new businesses, and delivering substantial returns on investment. We are currently incubating ventures in various domains, both in Japan and globally.

Currently they are looking for a product manager to collaborate with our product, engineering, go-to-market, and intrapreneur teams to build and grow digital products from the ground up, while contributing to foundational product organization efforts.

Requirements

- At least 5+ years of experience managing products in a product-focused startup or scale-up environment, with rapid iteration and release cycles.

- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products with significant user and revenue growth across various domains.

- Extensive collaboration with designers and engineers to build user-centric products, with proficiency in relevant collaboration tools.

- Business-level English and Japanese communication skills
