We are looking for a Process Safety & Risk Management Expert to improve safety protocols and risk management strategies across Japan. This role offers a mix of remote work and flexible hours, with little overtime. You'll get to work with the latest safety and risk management techniques in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Apply process safety and risk management practices consistently across Japan, following global standards.
• - Lead efforts in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Explosion Protection, and Fire Prevention.
• - Oversee and support the nationwide Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• - Participate in major process safety incident investigations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• - プロセス安全とリスク管理の実践を、国際基準に基づき日本全国で一貫して実施
• - プロセスハザード分析（PHA）、爆発防止、火災予防に関する活動の主導
• - 全国的な変更管理（MOC）プロセスの監督とサポート
• - 重大なプロセス安全事故の調査に参加し、根本原因分析を行い、是正措置を実施

Qualifications:

• - At least 5 years of experience in operations within the chemical or industrial manufacturing sectors, especially in high-risk environments.
• - At least 4 years in roles such as Process Safety Manager, PHA Facilitator, or similar positions focusing on safety and risk engineering.
• - 化学または産業製造分野でのオペレーションにおいて、特に高リスク環境での5年以上の経験
• - プロセス安全マネージャー、PHAファシリテーター、または安全・リスクエンジニアリングに特化したポジションでの4年以上の経験
